Percent Disconnected Youth By County (2008 to 2012)

Disconnected youth is defined as youth aged 16 – 24 who are neither working nor in school. According to the County Health Ranking and Roadmaps disconnected youth have economic implications through their lost revenue and social investments, costing tax payers $93 billion a year.
