From the map of today we can see the US counties with the highest rates of people, ages 25-34, living with diagnosed HIV in 2013 are clustered in the south including states along the Gulf Coast (Alabama, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas), North Carolina and South Carolina.
